 1. Nature of Services
Mentoring focuses on support during life transitions, sharing experience, gaining new perspectives, and finding one's own direction.

Coaching focuses on developing potential, working with goals, supporting awareness, and discovering one's own solutions through coaching questions.

Mentoring and coaching are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychological, or psychiatric care. In the case of serious mental health difficulties, we recommend contacting a qualified professional.

2. Service Providers
Both providers carry out their activities as self-employed individuals and are each responsible for the services they provide and invoice independently.

3. Contact
For any questions, you can contact us at the following e-mail address: freedomandcroissants@gmail.com

4. Protection of Personal Data
The client's personal data (in particular name, e-mail address, phone number, and, where applicable, billing details) is processed by the providers for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, communicating with the client, and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting obligations).

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or to entities necessary for the provision of the service (e.g., invoicing/accounting software).

Detailed information on the processing of personal data, its scope, the client's rights, and the retention period is set out in the Privacy Policy, available on the providers' website.

5. Booking, Order, and Conclusion of the Contract
The client orders the service through the booking form on the website. This order constitutes a non-binding inquiry.

Based on the order, the provider contacts the client by e-mail, specifying the concrete terms of the cooperation (scope, dates, price), and sends the client these Terms and Conditions.

The contract between the client and the provider is concluded at the moment the client confirms, by e-mail, their agreement with these Terms and Conditions and with the agreed scope of services (the "order confirmation").

The 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract also begins to run from this moment (Art. 8).

The specific provider with whom the client concludes the contract is stated in the e-mail confirming the order.

The client always concludes the contract with only one of the providers, depending on who actually provides the service to them.

Before the service begins, the provider may require payment of the price, based on payment details sent by e-mail (e.g., invoice, payment link).

6. Payment
The introductory meeting is non-binding and free of charge.

An indicative/preliminary price list is available on the website.

The final price depends on the specifically agreed scope and form of cooperation and is communicated to the client by e-mail before the cooperation begins.

Payment is made on the basis of an issued invoice with the due date stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling
A session may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before its start.

In the case of a later cancellation, the provider will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative date by mutual agreement.

If the service has already been paid for and the client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session shall, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, be considered as having taken place, and the amount paid for it shall be forfeited in favor of the provider.

This also applies if such a situation occurs within the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract (Art. 8).

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated, for the purposes of any refund, as a session that has taken place. The provision of an alternative date in such a case is subject to individual agreement.

8. Withdrawal from the Contract and Refund
A client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication (through the booking form and e-mail communication) within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

If the client begins using the coaching/mentoring services (i.e., at least one session takes place) before the expiry of this period, based on their explicit request and consent, the following applies:If all paid sessions have already taken place, the right to a refund is forfeited in full.

If only part of the sessions have taken place, the provider will refund the proportionate part of the payment corresponding to the sessions not yet held; the provider is entitled to full payment for the sessions already held.

If the client has not yet used any session, they are entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was received (or to an account specified by the client), no later than 14 days from the date on which the provider received a valid withdrawal from the contract.

The explicit consent to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, including the notice of the above consequences, is sent to the client by the provider together with these Terms and Conditions by e-mail after the booking.

By confirming this e-mail, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and explicitly requests that the provision of the service begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

The above right of withdrawal applies only to clients who conclude the contract as consumers within the meaning of Section 419 of the Czech Civil Code.

Out-of-court dispute resolution:
If the client believes that their consumer rights have been violated, they may contact the competent supervisory authority, depending on which provider they concluded the contract with:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) – www.coi.gov.cz, advisory line +420 222 703 404, e-mail: podatelna@coi.gov.cz
DGCCRF (Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes) – www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf, tel. 0809 540 550 (from France) / +33 1 73 60 39 39 (from abroad), signalconso.gouv.fr

9. Confidentiality
All information shared during mentoring or coaching sessions is considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

10. Liability
The client bears full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the cooperation.
The providers do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

11. Governing Law and Language of the Contract
The contract between the client and the provider is governed by the law of the country in which the relevant provider has their place of business. This does not affect the protection afforded to the consumer by the law of the country of their habitual residence, where that law is more favorable to them.

Communication between the client and the provider, including these Terms and Conditions and the conclusion of the contract, takes place in the language in which these Terms and Conditions were presented to the client.
